Job Description

What we are looking for - Product Support - Engineer Role and Responsibility - Able to execute Managed service, Product Support and Dev-Ops operations Expected to take support escalations from the region and help the Support team from time to time. Proactively update customers about cloud updates, upgrade and ensure necessary action to maintain availability and customer satisfaction. Able to define, track and meet the SLAs Resolve the customer support , infrastucture issues at L2 level. Demonstrated Experience Have proven experience of executing the Managed Service, Product support and dev-ops operations for Cloud based large deployment for Carrier. Have proven experience of various managed service, product support tools for cloud based solutions i.e. SalesTracker, JIRA, Grafana, Nagios Have proven experience of various automation tools, scripts to to automate the monitoring process Committed desire to provide customer satisfaction and Strong written and verbal communication skills
