This is a Credit Cards product management role and the person will be responsible for upgrade of existing credit card customers to premium cards.
Key deliverables include :
- Managing product lifecycle by upgrading existing credit cards of customers to premium credit cards.
- Developing online channels to drive upgrades.
- Managing and driving numbers through outbound calling unit.
- Using data to drive upgrade strategy & enhance process efficiencies and better product management.
- Designing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Working with Customer Support, Alliances, Technology and Operations teams for smooth delivery of business objectives and customer experience.
- The person will be responsible for day-to-day workings, governance, quality and compliance of all relevant aspects.
- MBA from reputed institute with minimum 2 years of experience in Product / Marketing or as an Analyst
- Exposure to BFSI, brand, marketing and online campaign management is a plus.
