Job Description

Purpose of the role- To provide effective sales leadership and direction to recruit, motivate, develop and lead a team of sales professionals to meet business objectives and KPIs.

The position would be based at Mumbai and would be managing entire West.
To develop a regional and tactical business plan focusing on key issues specific to the region e.g. Business development, training and dealer management.
Formulating strategies & reaching out to unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion by developing grass root sales network
Maintain close contact with key customers and accounts within the region
To work closely as part of the sales and marketing teams and Leadership team to ensure all stakeholders have clarity of roles and objectives across the business.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications & Experience & Skills :
Educated to degree level 
Business Development & Sales is essential in Medical Equipment & Medical Devices experience preferred
Commercial experience essential
Ability to manage a mobile team
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
Computer literate excel, power point, outlook, CRM etc
