Job Description

Candidate should have experience in Process Engineering & Project Coordination for Pharmaceutical, Biotech and API Projects.
Demonstrate leadership and passion in application of LEAN methodologies.
Responsible and accountable for managing key business improvement projects.
Lead process improvement projects and kaizen within business units and across functions.
Facilitate integration of LEAN thinking/understanding in commercial, finance, and
supply chain areas.
Map current state processes and design future state.
Develop and implement global solutions to optimize transactional processes.
Seek out project opportunities and develop improvement plans and targets.
Drive LEAN initiatives across the company to replicate improvements and leverage
best practices.
Analyze existing processes and recommend faster, more cost-effective alternatives
utilizing a LEAN approach to breakthrough.
Map current processes in order to recommend improved, strategic, measurable and
sustainable solutions as well as identify further opportunities for improvement.
Establish strong working relationships to influence and facilitate collaboration across
departmental boundaries.
Help remove barriers for improvement projects and activities to accelerate results.
Provide coaching and training of methodology and tools throughout functions.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
