Job Description

Responsible for service delivery of MIS team, includes leading team of 3-4 TL/STL and a span of 25-40 member team of Reporting Analysts and Sr. Reporting Analysts
Manage reporting initiatives using strong Project Management
Ensure timeliness and quality of reports delivered
Ability to manage any escalations and pain points
Ownership of transitioning of Reports from Operations to MIS
Interact with Operations TL/ Process Managers for requirements gathering
Translate/communicate Business requirements to the team
Responsible for master data maintenance and data sourcing
Regular updates on status of key performance indicators of MIS to Stakeholders and Management
Develop and implement a technology road-map and process enhancements in the reporting function
Manage and exceed stakeholder expectations from MIS
Currently at Manager level, and have handled team size of 25+ reporting team
Hands On experience in Advanced MS Excel , MS VB /Macros
Hands - On experience in SQL/SSRS/SSAS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technology Oriented
People Management skills
Strong skills in stakeholder management
