Job Description

- Priority Customer Relationship Manager the single point relationship management official of the Co's for the high net worth customers in the Priority Customer Segment of the Organisation - A PC RM is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to the Priority customers and ensure value added services. - Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet. - Responsible for deepening the existing relationships by cross selling of Co's products and Services/ third party investment products. PC RM also enhances the book through new customer acquisitions. - Also involve in increasing customer engagement through other non investment products like Forex, Remittances, Loans, etc. to the new and existing customers. - PC RMs periodically reviews the existing relationships of all the customers from liability as well as cross holding perspective and also ensures that the customers are sufficiently educated/ leveraged on the best financial solutions. - Also updates Co's internal systems like the Daily activity tracker - DAT, Customer Profiling etc for monitoring, accurate reporting and MIS. - Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no. of customers, volumes and revenue for the segment - Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix - Induction of all new customers brought in by the Branches & Direct Sales team. - Achieve best in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process. - Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets. - Aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals. - Ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with the approved contact plans. - Coordinate customer events for the cluster along with the product team Qualification And Experience: I. MBA with 4-8 years of experience in Wealth Management & other Financial Liability Products & Knowledge of the Financial Markets II. Certifications like AMFI and IRDA are mandatory III. HNI/ Ultra HNI client handling experience IV. Sales bent of mind V. Experience in handling steep revenue generation targets
