Staff Management :
- Provides activities which facilitate the professional growth of the school staff and enhance the quality of the instructional program.
- Ensure that instructional objectives for a given subject and/or classroom are developed, and involves the faculty and others in the development of specific curricular objectives to meet the needs of the school program
- Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes (teaching, as duties allow) on a regular basis to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on
- Guiding, support & mentoring to all the staff which includes Teaching, Non teaching & Service staff.
- Lead a system of faculty / staff monitoring whereby all receive systematic feedback on their professional performance.
- Formulating the Rule of Code to instill values in students and influence behavioral outcomes.
- Positive discipline strategies for staff members and students.
