Job Description

Academics :

- Achieving academic excellence requires that the school Principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the school staff

- Head of the Institution from Pre-primary to IG/A Level.

- Strategic direction and shaping the future for the school

- Setting up of the academic structure for the smooth functioning.

- Curriculum Development and Implementation to ensure quality student learning outcomes.

- Giving academic guidance and support to the teachers in various aspects.

- To come up with new initiatives to measure student learning, instructional improvement and to drive planning.

- Develop and communicate a shared vision and common understanding of effective classrooms and instruction in the school.

- Identify the annual objectives for the instructional, extracurricular, and athletic programs of the school.

- Conceptualizes the broad goals of the school and plans accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented to carry out the total school program.

- Motivating students to represent School in various competitions held at the national and International level.

- Organizing and conducting effectively all the school events during the year.

Staff Management :

- Provides activities which facilitate the professional growth of the school staff and enhance the quality of the instructional program.

- Ensure that instructional objectives for a given subject and/or classroom are developed, and involves the faculty and others in the development of specific curricular objectives to meet the needs of the school program

- Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes (teaching, as duties allow) on a regular basis to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on

- Guiding, support & mentoring to all the staff which includes Teaching, Non teaching & Service staff.

- Lead a system of faculty / staff monitoring whereby all receive systematic feedback on their professional performance.

Discipline :

- Formulating the Rule of Code to instill values in students and influence behavioral outcomes.

- Positive discipline strategies for staff members and students.

School Admission :

- Involvement with Admissions and business development activities for the institute

- To be part of the Business Development Activities for the our Brand.

- Creating and Implementing of admission procedure.
