Job Description

Purpose/Essence of the role: To analyze and participate in discussions to understand the problems, gather further data as required from the customer and use knowledge base from benchmarks, assists team members by reviewing their work and providing suggestions on articulating the problem statement.
Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation:
For mid-sized projects, prospects and existing clients, Analyses and participates in discussions to understand the problems faced by the customer, gather further data as required from the customer.
Reviews the proposal prepared by consultants and provides assistance and guidance to deliver the proposal by analyzing the solution.
Lead a team of consultants in understanding As Is business processes, analyses/captures the client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops, perform high level fit gap analysis and process changes, carry out benchmarking studies and assists the team.
Recommended solution alternatives to the customer, Reviews the solution options developed by the team and suggests improvements, for complex areas, takes the lead in defining the solution options.
Work with the customer to understand the deployment process, review or develop the deployment plan for the program, sequencing of activities and functional and technical dependencies, develops contingency plan, Reviews the cutover plan prepared by team.
Study the training requirements, work with the customer to identify the training community and training needs, Train Key and end users in area of expertise.
