To work with Sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities
Identify and strategize a solution for clients using existing features in the tool and also propose enhancements required to win business
Pro-actively drive customer engagement which includes proof of concepts, presentation, unique value proposition, business case justification and other customer communications
Perform product demonstrations for prospective customers
Analyze and provide solution for the engineering and implementation impacts on the concept of the solution
Provide product updates and technical advice to clients
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of Internal process.
A high level of pro-activeness and accountability is a must
Ability to transfer knowledge to peers via mentoring and playing leadership roles in peer education programs
Analyze and leverage deep understanding of the competition - both positioning strategy and technology - to create competitive advantage for the company
This role is Performance driven with targets being mapped progressively.
Technical Skills & Knowledge :
Total experience 5+ years exp. with minimum 3+years relevant experience in Microsoft Technolgies, Azure, Messaging and Office 365 infrastructure.
Good knowledge on Office 365 Migration tools and scripts.
Good knowledge on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 / 2010 / 2013 & 2016, Hybrid Exchange environment.
Office 365 (exchange online, Skype for business online, One Drive, SharePoint).
Good understanding of Active Directory 2008, 2012 R2.
Good understanding of integration between exchange, sharepoint, skype, yammer etc.
