Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outsourced payroll providers in the preparation and processing of monthly payrolls
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with statutory requirements
Prepare payroll payments & ensure payroll funding is in place
Review preliminary payroll calculations from payroll vendors and advise of any amendments required
Research and resolve payroll related queries from employees and key stakeholders
Process expat payroll, hypo-tax withholding and shadow payrolls
Process off-cycle payroll transactions as required
Review and complete tax and other statutory payroll filings in partnership
with external providers
Compile key operational payroll metrics & dashboards.
Ensure all payroll processes are documented and reviewed continually in
line with SOX requirements.
Resolve tasks and queries on ad hoc basis.
Bachelor Degrees in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Payroll Certification preferred
Minimum of 1+ year experience working in multi-national environment
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team
Focused, disciplined and ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight
A strong bias towards providing excellent customer service
