Education & Experience

Tracks deliverables across multiple teams and projects and takes corrective action to ensure business objectives are met
Establishes and plans resource requirement to achieve deliverable within required time-scales
Able to manage situations of rapidly changing and conflicting priorities (internal/external)
Has the experience and depth of knowledge to work independently or manage the completion of thorough and systematic reviews
Has demonstrated an ability to manage volatile, potentially emotional situations and bring them to resolution acceptable to all parties
Builds consensus from alternative points of view and is able to defend and articulate rationale for judgments made
Judges when decisive action is needed and when escalation to senior management is essential
Frequently presenting to clients/prospects at decision makingMotivates the team by generating a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere
Is considered by team members as being firm, decisive and fair
Accurately forecasts and manages costs and profitability for own project or service
Proactively develops and implements efficiency improvements
