Purpose of This Position
To ensure the legislative and statutory requirements relating to all payments processed by payroll team. These payments include salaries & wages, superannuation, all relevant taxes for Australia and NZ and other employee deductions.
To ensure payrolls are processed in accordance with the practice / policy
The role is to be performed with high standards of service to external customers and internal business partners and is bound by the agreed SLAs and company policies and procedures.
Oversee ongoing project work to streamline and automate processes and workload
Skills and Knowledge
High level of understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements for Australia and New Zealand (minimum 8+ years)
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to maintain performance under pressure
Advance Excel skills
Adaptable and accepting of change
Work effectively within a team environment
