Job Description

Experience :

- 7 years industry experience.

Technical project management experience. Proven experience of delivering web application projects by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching teams.

- 3 years Scrum Master Experience.

Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile values and principles.

Experience managing Agile / Scrum development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality.

Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values

Knowledge of numerous patterns and techniques for tracking progress, conducting Retrospectives, handling bugs


Skills :

Excellent skills and knowledge in the areas of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Deep understanding of all aspects of website design and development.

Willingness to understand new technologies to be able to contribute and facilitate discussions in the team

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (including fluent English)


Job Description :

The Web Development Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for making use of Agile delivery practices to maximise the output of the web development team, mentoring team members and playing a key role in ensuring the quality of the solutions that we build. Manage a team of 7+ you will have a key role in moving the Company online presence forward.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity of building the next generation websites for company and will be part of a continuously growing development team in Mahe.


Responsibilities :

Organize and facilitate web applications development delivery planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives & planning

Coach and mentor agile team members on agile standards and best practices Assist product owners in keeping a comprehensive refined product backlog.

Acting as a single point of contact for the team & removing team impediments

Providing leadership and mentoring all members of the team
Driving continuous improvement within the development team

Managing risk associated with team commitments

Resolving technical problems

Supporting the Product owner

Utilize the lessons from each delivery to strive towards increasing the velocity of your team
