Compile data and prepare periodic reports as required.
Coordinate the activities of Infection Control Nurses to facilitate translation of infection Control practices by nursing and support staff.
Intervene in crisis situation and investigate all unusual incidents and plans and implements corrective actions as appropriate.
Conduct nursing audits and supervision of the daily functioning of the nurses at different areas.
Conducts training for the staff who need additional guidance.
She must make sure all the rules and guidelines are followed by nursing staffs.
Identify and plan the existing and future requirements of furniture and equipment for nursing stations, labour room, ICU, Accident & Emergency, OPD and dialysis unit.
Implementation of policies and standards and evaluating and revising them as and when required.
