Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage full recruitment life cycle for Non IT positions across all levels. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
Identify creative sources to develop a Talent pool for Niche positions.Develop recruiting plans through varied sources like - Employee Referral programs, Recruitment Partners, Job Portals & Job Boards.
Stakeholder Management
Identify and manage suitable Resourcing Partners.
Evaluate and implement processes to improve productivity and TAT. Organize events / meets with Resourcing partners to share orgaization. objectives and up coming requirements.Streamline recruitment processes to enhance the performance of internal team and external partners.
Compensation: Make offers to selected candidates. Knowledge of market data on compensation / grade structures of competing organisation. Contribute to the compensation & rewards team in designing an effective Compensation structure to attract & retain the best talent.
MIS : Design & manage weekly / monthly / trackers and dashboards for Headcount, New joinees, exiting employees,employee referrals, etc
Recruiting & Networking capabilities and Interviewing Skills, People Skills,
Should be well versed in using recruiting softwares like TALEO. Handled volume hiring across different functions.
Knowledge of Diversity requirements, Employment Law,
