o Hands on experience with operational support of Antivirus solution or Data Loss Prevention solution or any other network security solution (Install, configure, monitor and maintain server and operating system.
o Exposure and good understanding of windows platform configuration and troubleshooting, Ability to execute command line utilities /Configuration & Administration
o Exposure to MS IIS configurations and troubleshooting, and command line utilities.
o Operations support (24x7 on call support): Troubleshooting, Investigating operational problems and provide work around and resolution /remediation . Provide assistance to implementation and development teams.
o Experience to new application onboarding / site or location onboarding into Antivirus solution or Data Loss Prevention solution or any other network security solution. New end point onboarding - Install, test and deploy new end points.
o Understanding of WINS, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP protocol suite and command line utilities
o Provide technical support on Access issues and performance tuning
o Performing scheduled maintenance activities such as security patching, backups etc as required
o Good understanding of working in distributed environment involving geographically located team and different time zones.
o Good business writing skills and effective presentations skills.
o Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Experience with security concepts / exposure to security tools such as access management, regulatory compliance, or end point security tool administration.
o Experience with windows platform security concepts and configurations
