Principal Accountabilities include:
1) Achieve/exceed revenue plan;
2) Develop and implement an annual business plan including sales strategies and tactics to ensure accomplishment of sales objectives
3) Ensure a satisfied customer base by developing good working relationships with key customer decision makers through regular contact;
4) Identify and obtain penetration growth with assigned accounts;
5) Manage and execute market/order programs.
Skills & Competencies:
Sales skills: ability to close an order. Sell products, solutions, services, tendering, team management & team development
Analysis capabilities: needs identification, program adaptation to meet needs, market analysis and opportunity identification
Technical skills: basic electricity, control theory, Combustion & HVAC knowledge, specific product and application experience
PC capabilities: Microsoft WORD, POWERPOINT, EXCEL, internet capabilities
Relationship and writing/communication skills
Its a PAN India role with 50-60% of travel
Experience on Combustion is highly preferred
Experience on Solution Sales is must.
