Claim System (IT) & Project
Drive all claims system enhancement requests & integration in line with strategy plan and claims requirements. Liaising with claims LOB functional head and finalization of CRs.
Drive all existing & upcoming claims projects.
Closely working with IT team on prioritization of deliveries
Implement measures that ensure the consistency and quality in claims processes through systems
Implement Monitoring process of Claims with a continuous improvement feedback loop to ensure outcomes are related to business improvement, IT enhancements or people training
Claim BI & Governance
Review of various claims manuals, an addendum to existing manuals approval process & its circulations.
Maintain control of claims process, procedures, and manuals
Drafting & circulation of appropriate claims circulars in consultation with various HOD/Team for meeting regulatory & departmental compliance time to time.
Monitor claims approval authority matrix for Claims (All LOB)
Ensure follow up with respective stakeholders on observations & closures on compliance need in time
Closely working with finance team & driving reconciliation of claims payments, working on failure transactions, managing claim related expenses of claim department for reinsurance recovery
Need analytical, communication, negotiation & project management skills
Experience in Insurance IT function, Operation or into Compliance role for at least 3 years. Overall insurance experience 5-7 years
Experience in claims regulatory compliance is preferred
