This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for a dedicated set of enterprise clients.
Achievement of sales targets for the given enterprise clients
new business development: Acquire strategic, high value clients spread across multiple industry verticals.
Retention of existing business
Drive CXO level engagement and build effective client relationship
Own end to end customer relationship and satisfaction
Grow business from existing clients by cross selling multiple products / logistics solutions
Maintain quality of business (yield)
Maintaining credit days and on time collections
Professional attributes : -
Prior B2B sales experience (applies to Type 1 background)
Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
Experience in new business development
CXO / Senior Management level engagement
Preference would be given to candidates with consulting background from McKinsey, BCG, Bain or from FMCG majors like HUL, P&G, Reckitt etc.
