Scheduling the shortlisted candidates as per the time slots allotted by the clients.
Interview follow-ups with clients and the candidates.
Constantly keeping the client as well as the candidate warm for the position.
Negotiating on compensation as well as the joining date.
Following up to ensure good turnaround time of the interview process till candidates joining.
Following up with candidates for the acceptance of the offer made.
Responsible for the candidates reference check.
Constantly keeping in touch with the selected candidates to ensure avoidance of dropouts and also maintain a contact with them after joining.
