Responsible for successful end to end delivery and management of large scale global projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies (conversions, reporting, and integrations) and leading teams. Manager will both drive and manage teams of various sizes and interact closely with multiple cross functional teams (sales, functional, PMO, testing, etc.).
9+ years of consulting and project management experience in delivering projects on HCM ERPs like Workday
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in HR processes and having worked on more than two projects in the HR process domain in any of the following business areas is preferred - Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Financials, Student Solutions and Talent Management.
Ability to play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points
Ability to manage and track staffing plan and forecast resource availability based on project budgets
Understands HCM implementation strategies across work streams (data conversion, functional and integrations), understands review processes and sets standards and checkpoints to ensure quality deliverables, understands how HR application interfaces with other modules / third party applications and respective dependencies
Should have experience in leading large disparate teams in a global delivery model
Ability to leverage HR Transformation subject matter expertise to provide hands on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc.
Ability to support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching.
