Job Description

Managing requirement gathering, System analysisand finalization of technical / functional specifications.

Defining best practices for project support anddocumentation.

Review Test Cases, testing, troubleshooting anddebugging of the applications.

Managing smooth UAT & implementation ofapplication at client location.

Providing post- implementation, applicationmaintenance and enhancement support to the client with regard to the softwareapplication.

Cooperating & communicating with other teamMembers for efficient management work

Managing and providing technical guidance/ support to project team.

Delivering and implementing theprojects/ Products as per scheduled milestones.

Defining suitable methodology to undertake theproject with the available inputs for the requisite Output.

Interfacing with clients for businessrequirement gathering, conducting system analysis and finalizing technical / functional specifications.

Identifying documents related to components andmaintaining detailed study of the same as per the product changes, by gettingin touch with the product developers

Meet with customers to understand their currenttechnical environment, key business issues/ drivers, and future technologyrequirements.

Work closely with customers on the technicalrequirements to provide technical solutions

Identifying requirements, including technicaldetails sufficient for product definition

Developing and establishing strong relationshipswith strategic clients and industry partners.

Providing product updates and technical adviceto clients

Qualifications:

6- 10 years of experience

Experience of managing large customers

Should have experience in at least implementing2- 3 ERP/ SAP/ HRMS or any HCM product database related projects (functionalexpertise)

Should be able to interpret requirement fromcustomer to an executable product

Should be able to drive projects related tochange management
