-Responsible for tracking & achieving targets on Throughput, Quality & Timeline of Batches
-Ensure Training attrition Target is met monthly/Quarterly/Yearly
-Ensure function related initiatives are driven
-Monitor Trainer performance to verify training is conducted as outlined in approved training
materials and in a manner that motivates personnel to learn
-Verify that the training staff has obtained and is maintaining their technical and instructional
knowledge and skills
-Develop training programs according to approved methodology
-Track training commitments to outside organizations such as the state and federal regulators,
and assist line management in meeting these commitments
-Develop training program and trainee status reports for line managers, and assist line managers
in identifying and resolving human performance issues
-Work to establish mutual trust and cooperation between the training organization and all operation
-Develop improved methods to meet training and Training objectives and goals as required
-Develop training policies that establish guidelines for all training functions
-Assist line management in identifying potential training needs based on facility and industry
Education Qualification - Graduation
The applicant should be a confirmed full-time employee of the organization. Candidate with experience of 5+ years in BPO environment is essential
For lateral movement an employee has to complete 12 months in his/her current role while for vertical movement it is mandatory to complete 18 months in current role as on the last day of this month.
Candidate shall be responsible for all risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this functional role.
Minimum rating of G3 P3 / HVC MRin the last appraisal.
Applicant should not have been on a PCCP for the second time in the current role,in the last quarter or current quarter.If the employee has been put on the PCCP for the first time in the current role,he/she is eligible to apply
