Layer : P4C Experience in the IT industry in Managing Technology and Processes Role Competencies & Technology a. Ability to Design Build Integrate, Knowledge Acquisition and Knowledge Transitions. a. Cisco IP Telephony Components: Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Telephony, Voice Gateway, Cisco IPCC components. c. Avaya PBX and Avaya Voice Gateways, Avaya Contact Center Solutions, with Logger solutions and CDR's a. Network Fundamentals: Understand hardware classes from multiple vendors d. Should be able to understand / Explain scenarios & have working knowledge and be able to trouble shoot all network Protocols. Install configure & troubleshoot of Cisco Router. a. WAN Topologies: Identify and correct Chronic Issues associated with WAN / LAN. Manage IOS configuration files. Acquire knowledge & Train others on new Products technologies and certify. Identify venues where it can benefit in bringing new business. b. Routing / Switching: Design Implement / Re- engineer networks. Acquire knowledge & Train others on new Products technology and certify. Identify venues where it can benefit in bringing new business c. Internetworking: Design Implement / Re- engineer Firewalls, VPN, IDS, IPS, UTM devices, VOIP technologies, Wireless technologies & IP Telephony, all Internetworking requirements. Acquire knowledge & Train others on new Products technology and certify. Identify venues where it can benefit in bringing new business d. Network Security: Design Implement / Re- engineer Firewalls, VPN, IDS, IPS, UTM devices, VOIP technologies, Wireless technologies & IP Telephony, all Internetworking requirements. Acquire knowledge & Train others on new Products technology and certify. Identify venues where it can benefit in bringing new business e. Tools: Help Automation of tools, tailor requirements and ensure the required output is fed into the system. Acquire knowledge & Train others on new Products technology and certify. Identify venues where it can benefit in bringing new business. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES a. Customer Management: Participate Program Performance Reviews, Drive Proactive Service Improvement plans, Drive Automation and Productivity Projects, Ensure CSAT on defined Metrics, Identify new business opportunities through technology optimization/ advances, SPOC for solution engineering for all new opportunities within existing clients b. Escalations and Communications: Review and Publish RCA, Communication on Process and Technology Changes, Responsible for Managing Critical Issues, Communications on New Services Transactions, Ensure that critical issues are not repeated through proactive technology solutions c. Reporting: Reviewing and Publishing SOP, FMEA & KB, Problem management metrics d. People Management e. Ensure building of the Technical capability of the team. f. Review tech and process assessment ratings. g. Responsible for KRA setting, Performance management & career planning for direct reports, Participation in operational or functional interviews (Organization wide), Design and participation of Induction modules for the team h. Operations Management: Configuration and Capacity management, Driving BCP/ DRP, Derive and own operations efficiency improvement programs through tech solutions/ automation (TCO to be reduced YOY), Capacity Planning for operations as well as client infrastructure capacity.
