1.Attending to motor own damage claims reported at Bangalore, visiting workshops for assessments, negotiations & finalization of loss.
2.Processing the claims with respect to IRDA regulations & TAT stipulated by the company
3.Monitoring all claims regarding, technical aspects interacting with the outstation loss assessors & surveyors.
4.Sending weekly, fortnightly & monthly claim processing reports to head office.
5.Preparing graphs, pie charts, comparative data’s etc required to generate month wise comparative statistics in claims processing.
6.Identifying preferred garages & to finalize labor & service schedules with them to improve our customer delight & service standards.
7.Assist the marketing team in meeting the clients to give presentations on claims processing & our service standards.
8.Attend to major & total loss claims individually & process them with respect to the allotted TAT.
9.Attend to transit claims, assess & forward the documents to HO for processing
