The person will be responsible for deciding the compensation philosophy in India, benchmarking studies, evaluate job level and job architecture, pay ranges, short-term and long-term incentive plans, flexible basket, executive compensation and management compensation structure, equity, Esops.
Job Preference :
Working knowledge of designing and Implementation is a must. Prefer people from Delhi/NCR
Experience preferred from consulting companies currently working or worked in past (for eg- Radford, Aon Hewitt, Mercer, Towers Watson, Hay). Open for Industry experience also.
