Manage and develop people
- Be an effective manager by empowering, monitoring, coaching and motivating the individuals in the teams
- Identify development opportunities and training needs for high performing managers
- In addition to technical training, identify non-technical training needs such as how to handle difficult clients, decision making, people issues etc.
- Conduct assurance team performance reviews, serve as a positive leader and mentor, and contribute to Insurance team performance
- Manage business and clients
- Develop/maintain strong relationship network with key decision makers in the Asset management sector.
- Actively support the Sector agenda both in terms of growth and quality initiatives (e.g. improvement of service delivery, standardisation projects, new solutions etc.)
- Enhance connectivity between India teams and relevant counterpart onshore and leverage good connections to identify more opportunities for work.
