Job Description :
- Develop an inherent understanding of the workforce planning for the given year and translate those into actionable plans.
- Work with HRBPs to understand their resource requirements and timelines around the same.
- Establish hiring protocols and SLAs for the function, business and stakeholders for both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Work with selected candidate at offer stage to finalise corporate benefits, salary, perks etc
- Design and execute the campus talent acquisition strategy including all campus employer branding events such as contests, case studies analysis etc .
