Manage multitude activities related to services for SharePoint Plan and manage activities to build a sustainable delivery for successful delivery of projects, beside overall accountability of individual project(s) delivery responsibilities. Multiple stakeholder management. Vendor management and group level. Help development/delivery team to build competency and continuous improvement. Lead consolidation initiatives .
Take a leading role in the strategy to be adopted, driving improvements in the process & delivery models. Ensure resource availability to meet the roadmap arranging cover when needed and develop the team members in line with the needs of the service delivery requirements.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate proven experience of managing optimum management support. The candidate should be able to steer the internal initiatives without any direct impact on service delivery.
12+ years strong experience with a combination of intensive competency/practice management, portal applications development and configuration service deliveries Strong technological background, with degree level technical / engineering qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent Exposure to full SDLC in IT domain. Strong program management and stakeholder management experience
Experience working within a matrix-style structure with international teams (European delivery experience preferable) on-shore and off-shore
