Job Description

Primary Skills : 3 year plus in digital contact optimisation, targeting and benchmarking against competitors, Experience of CRM, customer data strategy, resource modelling, data management, contact personalisation, web analytics and technical infrastructure,

Secondary Skill : Graduate or equivalent. MBA preferable, A strong understanding of the technical aspects of digital platorms and channels, Ability to interpret big data from multiple feeds in order to recommend appropriate action

Role Purpose :

Work with key stakeholders to effectively design, implement and administer new contact campaigns across the digital spectrum, using the web chat platform as the driving mechanism.
Design and undertake research studies that analyse strategic issues and business related challenges identified through web chat contact.
Identify current and future opportunities through analysis and structured testing to optimise the effectiveness of web chat digital campaign activity.
Work with the head of digital and supplier team to identify key issues with campaigns on which to focus in complex and uncertain situations and integrate pieces of pertinent information to create new ways of addressing issues.
Production of comprehensive and targeted insight.
Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across outside India Sites and partnerships and champion customer-centric thinking
