Job Profile: The position offers excellent exposure and growth potential to a professional who would like to join the core team engaged in Direct Sales and participate in its growth. Our clients loan product targets merchant, retail establishments and small business enterprises. The positions would be responsible to form new B2B alliances (in the space of acquiring banks, payments processor, wallet entity etc.) and manage existing ones to turn them into key accounts providing a steady flow of leads from their merchant ecosystem. The positions would also closely work with these alliance partners to develop and run joint programs and schemes, targeted at the merchant ecosystem for our lending product. Desired Candidate Profile: MBAs with 3-10 years experience in enterprise (B2B) sales, BD and relationship management. Understanding of SME finance space and working in Bank/NBFCs/ FinTech would be desirable but not mandatory - Be a self-starter and go-getter - Be ok with the start-up (all-hands-on-deck) approach - Have done B2B sales and relationship management through partnerships in technology/ payments/ e-commerce/retail services industry - Should have direct experience in working out & negotiating commercial agreements.
