, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
8+ Years of experience in Software Development in the areas of Cloud technologies, Networking, SDN/NFV and Virtualization domains
2+ years of people management experience
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or equivalent
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
Hands-on experience in managing and delivering critical and complex features and functionalities
Experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum) and helping teams explore, adopt and optimize principles and practices
Prior development and architectural experience is a must
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
C++ or Java and (SDN or NFV or Openstack) Mandatory
