Participate in the global Finance re-engineering program to understand project plan, objectives, roadmap, impact on local teams in detail and assist with successful implementation of resulting changes.
Perform in-depth analysis of current reporting cartography to drive initiatives like reporting harmonization for best practice sharing, creation of suitable framework with well-defined objectives, analysis measures and aid timely decision making.
Perform analysis of current PM activities, understand systems architecture to identify automation opportunities and make the reporting more interactive for end users.
Act as main point of contact for liaising with global project teams to facilitate active representation from client.
Assist the management to document project plans and status updates for building a platform of core expertise, including preparation of regular dashboards and other MIS.
Conduct sessions for local PM teams to provide Finance program updates and insights on new reporting tools, as may be required.
