As a Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for end to end business process excellence, process improvement.
Identifying roadmap of process improvement for the division
Leading Six Sigma Black Belt projects
Mentoring projects based on tools and methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma) - Conducting reviews for Kaizen projects.
Conduct trainings of Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality concepts
Might need to travel onshore for process improvement exercises and other assignments
Get certified as per the organizational requirements for expertise in Finance and Accounting, Insurance and/or Business Excellence domains
Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Process Excellence role in BPO industry.
Experience in planning and conducting Internal Audits and adhering to the compliance framework would be an added advantage
Six Sigma Green Belt certified/Black Belt trained preferred not mandatory
Experience in transitioning projects is an advantage
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Experience in Insurance domain is an added advantage
Good analytical skills and data mining abilities
Should be comfortable with Minitab, Advanced MS Excel tools and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
