Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. The purpose of this role is to achieve the sales targets for his region and eventually generate revenues for the organization. This position will report to Sr Vice President. Responsible for developing strategies to develop, retain & grow shares with each client in the North market by:
a) Ensuring sales and collection targets are met for the region on a monthly basis
b) Building relationship with clients, media buyers and agencies through constant engagement backed with a deep understanding of their requirements.
c) Client Servicing– being involved in execution and campaign monitoring, campaign feedback and collections.
2. Responsible for adopting a consultative/concept selling Sales approach by:
a. Having a deep understanding of the product and having a clear USP of the product that will fulfill the clients needs
b. Ensuring sales kit/presentations are up to date
d) Identifying new clients/categories/regions to increase customer base and ensuring all three levels of people ie decision makers, influencers and implementers are met for all clients
e) Updating of Salesforce reports on a weekly basis. Ensuring all information pertaining to clients is up-to-date on Salesforce
f) Continuous competitor mapping by markets & categories on a bi-monthly basis
g) Monitoring channel performance through reports and presenting it to clients on a regular basis.
h) Ensure Individual goals achieved for all channels as well as individual properties

• Ensure 80-90% conversion & maintain legitimate shares vis a vis competing channels
