Job Description

Pre Sales Activities:
Creates offering brochures, capability presentations, case studies and points of view
Client segmentation, solution creation by vertical/ industry sub segment
Design legal solutions for client opportunities
Lead conversations for inside sales
Provide support on client conversations
RFI/RFP responses:
Understands the client context and owns the creation of RFI/RFP response and proposal documents
Plays the roles of solution architect and bid manager to ensure high quality and timely submissions
Manages relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure flow of required inputs
Acts as the single point of contact for the onsite sales / account management teams
Assists in building the financial / pricing models

5 - 7 years of relevant experience in presales / sales support activities (mentioned above) in the outsourcing industry (excluding legal practice/other roles)
Exposure to legal services/ LPO
Ability to work on multiple assignments when required
Willingness to stretch beyond regular hours when required
