Manager Sales International Business -Formulations at Mumbai with Leading Pharma. Candidates should be only from Pharma Background in International Sales Functional Area. - Directly responsible for African Country Business & achievement of the sales targets - Extensively working on business expansion in operational countries by expanding product portfolio, new business model and additional business partner. - Working on registration, product selection and appointment of distributors in new markets. - Regular follow up with cross functional departments like planning, regulatory, logistics,costing / finance & production department to facilitate the delivery of the products within the desired stipulated period of time. - Work as interface between customer and backed operations. - Looking after customer requirements - Dossier request & follow up for new products addition. - Participating Ministry tenders - Follow up for orders from customers & timely deliveries . - Sending quotation to customer as per the requirement Desired Candidate Profile: DESIRED PERSONALITY PROFILE OF CANDIDATE : The candidate should be well versed of the international markets of Africa with sound knowledge & analytical skills with the following Parameters - Professional Competence ( Conceptual abilities / Professional Knowledge & application to Job - Planning / Organizing / Control ( Ability to plan, decide priorities allocating resource, monitoring progress, cost effectiveness & meeting deadlines - Willingness to identify, adapt new ideas, methods, systems, practices, for improving individuals/group performances. - Commitment / Integrity (commitment to company's goals, professional approach, fair and positive disposition,dependability and positive attitude towards company, clients, colleagues & customers.
