Job Description

Understanding / defining / creating communication frameworks and methodologies for its global presence<br>
Working with the global delivery center leaders and vertical leaders to create customized communication strategies (with the overall organizational goal in perspective)<br>
Plan and execute high-impact HR initiatives (liaising with all the HR Centers of ExcellenceTo plan and execute high-impact internal events and campaigns<br>
Using the digital medium effectively to create various new channels of communication<br>
To ensure the seamless execution of various communication mediums Webcasts, Web chats, Intranet, Focused groups, Newsletters<br>
Bench marking with industry-leading practices and implementing course corrections<br>
Creating toolkits and templates to ensure smoother and quicker communication flow within the organization<br>
Conduct internal surveys and support large corporate initiatives with strategy and communication<br>
Manage success metrics, budgets and MIS / reporting for the above-mentioned activities<br>
Manage crisis communications
