Job Description

Generic HR role, primarily Responsible for Time Office & Payroll Management, Contract Management (End to end),
Statutory compliance under various applicable labour laws i.e. Factories Act, PF, ESIC etc, MIS preparation,
Employee Welfare, Employee Engagement,
Disciplinary Proceedings. Cautionary /Warning letter, Charge sheet, independently can do communication internal/external to the various Government authorities,
Liasoning with all Government/Semi Govt. Offices, recruitment, on board joining, documentation & file management, CSR & General Administration.
