Create a new employee manual covering fresh and contemporary policies that keep both employee and business interests in mind, which will detail everything from the organization Vision, Mission, to policies like Leave, Travel, Code of Conduct to disciplinary procedures etc.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Branding:
Set processes for recruitment, on boarding and joining, attendance and leaves, payroll, exits so that there is seamless functioning of the transactional HR vertical with other business units
Develop and implement a strategy to enhance the agencys image as an employer. A critical part of this plan is to involve employees as our brand ambassadors.
Employee Engagement & Performance Growth:
Implement a transparent Performance Management System that highlights super performers and potential leaders keeping in mind Employee Value Proposition.
Responsible to create Employee Engagement calendar and getting the budget approved from the management and ensure that EE activities are organized timely.
Prepare the Events calendar and Organizing internal welfare events (Quarterly Socials, Annual Party, Team Huddles, Sports event, birthday bash & other welfare activities)
Organize structured sessions to understand employees satisfaction levels, and action on increasing their output and productivity.
Conduct and organize various employee development-training workshops on variety of topics like Leadership, behavioural training, communication, soft skills, etc.
Acting as the point contact for all administrative matters like Time keeping and attendance, canteen management, maintenance, upkeep and repairs of companys assets, Telephone lines, mobile phones, logistics and courier services, procurement, storage and issue of stationery and re-imbursement of employees.
