Representative of HR for all employee related queries, issues, processes in the business unit- Attrition rate, Resolution time .
Ensure all HR records and documents of the Business Unit employees are maintained and keep the database updated.
Ensure completion of the cyclical performance management activities of the PMS on time.
Organisation Development team and collaborate to create a suitable L&D plan
I mplement the approved L&D plan at the unit
Implement and roll out HR processes and policies for the unit.
Minimum of 7 years of working in Human Resource function.
Masters degree/Specialization in HR
Excellent command over HR Process & Policies ,Learning & Development and Performance Management system.
Should have experience in either of industry- Automobile / FMCG.
