Analyse and determine the territory/markets business potential based on the relevant target group(TG) Explore business potential, opportunities & clientele to achieve breakthroughs in key accounts (both nationally and regionally) within the TG for a healthy, profitable growth Develop and monitor sales objectives on monthly/ quarterly and annual basis with relevant metrics Maintain relationships and establish a strong rapport with all the key corporate accounts for ensuring overall pipeline & revenue growth Consulting with the internal teams as well as implementing marketing & sales strategies / promotional events to establish a market presence and acquire new accounts Ensure proper usage of the brand and promotional elements and measure effectiveness of activations with the help of Marketing team Maintain the organisations standards and guidelines with respect to Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the accounts. Qualification & Skills: MBA, with 5+ years of relevant experience managing key accounts in the Corporate Sales vertical A roll up your sleeves attitude to get the work done - A strategist who also knows how to execute the same on ground Highly collaborative - has a track record of partnering with teams across the organization and producing high levels of growth Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence without authority. Ability to work with ambiguity and be able to build robust and scalable processes. Is self-motivated and has the ability to work in fast- paced environment . Experience in F&B is essential, Must have sold either tea/ coffee packets or Vending Machines to corporates directly or via retail Channel.
