Management of Business, Financial and Account reviews
Monitoring regulatory compliances and accurate reporting for governance reviews to the management
Understand HR policies and provide guidance & counsel to the business and vendors/partners to meet Regulatory requirements
Audit and report non compliances and create corrective actions to drive satisfactory compliance levels.
Interlock and work as a team with various other functions / businesses.
Possess fair understanding of labour laws and must be able to effectively represent labour related notices and legal matters.
Required to interface with regulatory authorities on a regular basis and should keep abreast of labour laws and its impact to business
Process ownership of ensuring compliance to statutory regulations under : PF,ESI, Gratuity, P Tax, LWF and other labour related
Regulatory requirements and its applicability to various business across all locations.
5-8 years of desired experience required
Should be mature and able to handle difficult situations which may be internal or external to the organization.
Hands on in implementing and driving processes.
Required qualification Degree and experience in HR.
MBA in HR/ LLB will be an added advantage.
Good Knowledge of MS office and reporting tools will be advantageous.
Excellent team player and ability of influencing others.
Good at vendor dealing and vendor management
