Job Description

Expertise in Compensation & Benefits - Key Deliverables - - Lead the design and implementation of pay and social benefits policies under the - Lead job evaluation study and the annual compensation bench-marking survey - You will use the market information to maintain and develop pay scales for an organization and support the Business in pay-related decisions and salary proposals. Professional Competencies : - Min 3 years experience in Rewards and Recognition function - You come with a strong business partnering experience - You should have good communication, negotiation and analytical skills Physical Demands (e.g. % travel) - Local position. Travel will be limited and need-based Desired Candidate Profile: Education - MBA / Masters preferably from Tier I & II
