Job Description

Job Description - Work / Experience Requirements - 6- 7 years of core experience in Commercial Domain (MANDATORY) Strict control of Accounts Receivables Reconciliation of Accounts of OEMs on monthly basis 6- 7 years relevant experience in using SAP modules SD and FI Responsible for meeting top line targets by active involvement in all aspects of sales - indents from OEMs, billing and transportation and collections Strong Communication skills for effective negotiations with all stake holders - Internal and External Strict control on Accounts Receivables and AR days and Overdue Monthly Credit Note and Debit Notes workings for supplies to OEMs Keeping track of Purchase Orders received from OEMs and highlighting delays Maintaining strict control on Inventory at CFAs/ Depots. Highlighting slow moving inventories and ensuring liquidation as per Standard Practices. Monitoring stock levels at CFA/ depots to prevent sales loss Daily dialogue with the stake holders for trouble shooting issues Weekly performance dialogue / review (PD) with OE Sales Team and Supply Chain Team for course corrections. Responsible for ensuring zero qualifications on Internal Audits Monthly / Quarterly Audits IFC/ GRC. Preparing schedules of Commission, freight, rent for Quarterly / Annual Audit Audit of all CFAs/ Depots - visits to OEMs on monthly/ quarterly basis as per requirements Ensuring monthly Provisions / booking of Commission, Freight, Rent etc. as per Agreements. Managing CFA and OEMs Agreements Cost Reduction initiatives for meeting profit targets . This includes management of Sales Variable costs as well as OPEX. Responsible for putting effective controls for plugging financial leakages MIS and presentations (preferred) All ad- hoc work requirements Technical Requirements (MANDATORY)- Strong financial acumen. Sound understanding of Accounting principles Sound knowledge of Indirect Taxes , GST Sound knowledge of SAP systems (SD, FI) Legal documentation (preferred) Key requirements - 1. Ability to work under pressure and follow tight deadlines 2. Ability to manage a Team of minimum 5 persons. 3. Must be able to work individually as well when situation demands. 4. 6 days working on most months.
