Job Description

Responsible for leading the Sales and Business Development in line with the company's strategy for "Sales Force Specialty Staffing Solution" across Pan India.
Responsible for acquiring new and retaining the existing clients and getting new requirements as per the client requisition.
Identifying existing and potential opportunities in the company's areas of competence
Preparing the right proposals, meet, negotiate and close the deal.
Collaborating and coordinating with delivery and operation teams for ensuring flawless implementation of the projects
Articulating and promoting Specialty Staffing Solution" to all customers and prospects by marking presentations about the company, services & benefits.
Responsible for acquiring new and retaining the existing clients and getting new requirements as per the client requisition.
Making good relationship with clients and developing the business.
Understands clients' needs.
Getting feedback and requirements from the clients.
Analyzing overall publishing market potentials and tread and gathering information.
Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
Gathering technical specifications from the hiring managers and requirement briefing to the team member.
Excellent track record in building new clients and handling their requirements.
Possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates; excellent candidate assessment skills.
Possess excellent knowledge of staffing and recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.
Acquisitions of new accounts
Interact with key customers and decision makers of corporate houses and enhance business from those relationships.
Develop and execute Monthly sales strategies and proposals with marketing strategy plan & ability to lead the strategy for lead generation and other sales and marketing campaign.
Following up for payment and collections.

Client Relationship and Retention

Responsible for relationship management of existing & New clients.

Successfully rolled out Regulatory Consulting and Payroll Outsourcing services to existing & New client and acquired some of the companys largest clients.

Developed relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to augment existing & New business.

Customer Focus to Drive Results. Liaise with both internal and external customers to ensure customer delight.

Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

Providing technical service support to clients and resolving their issues/ concerns.

Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing & New clientele to achieve business targets.

Maintaining healthy & cordial relationships with the clients for expanding business & resolving the queries & complaints for high customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

Recruitment and Training the Sales Teams

Ensure employee motivation and retention

Ensure 100% target achievement of the Sales Team

Recruited and trained the middle management sales team to work independently for New Verticals

Responsible for Target setting and appraisals

Manage the P&L for the Pan India business.
