Job Description

1. To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region/market - Specification selling

2.Ensure new and existing products are specified through the activities of the BDG team

3..Interact with R&D and th commercial parts of the division, collecting, evaluating and managing the new product requirements of the division

4 Study products gaps and competitor offerings and work towards filling those gaps:

Provide and maintain in a current state product data sheets, registering on a database such new document or changes as they occur

Collect, build and maintain a case history & job reference data base.

Build and maintain a specification clause data base and related documents

-Provide an on demand specification document service to customers and the specification team

- Collect and maintain a library of competitor data sheets and publications

- Maintain test certificates in a current condition in accordance with a plan

- Create and maintain application guides hard copy, soft copy, audio- visual, etc

- Create and maintain application details, CAD details, recommended tool lists

- Closure of Business Deals

- To create /maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified person and be able to tailor pitch the products according to their specifications Customer retention and acquisition/Enhance existing client relationship

5. Conduct Techno promotional activities with the architects, engineers, developers and construction companies

6. Set up and develop applicator networks around the country

7. To give regular feedback on market condition, competition and other factors influencing sales.

8. Meeting with consultants and Architects

9. Create and maintain all customer facing presentations

10. Interact with Contract, Sales and Marketing department to convert the product Specifications in to Sales
