1. Conceptualize, discuss and implement the entire marketing mix, Brand Plans and Activities - short term and long term - in line with agreed brand deliverable and targets. 2. Lead and secure functional and business alignments on brand activities, communication concepts, consumer insights and understanding, media plans and NPD and thereafter implement them so as to achieve the defined objectives. 3. Create new, insightful communication(s) and manage overall communication process with all stakeholders - internal and external, including consumers, creative, media, design agencies, sales team, staff functions, etc - on his/her entire brand portfolio. 4. Lead and generate Marketing MIS regularly so as to enable a structured assessment of planned vs. actual and generate actionable points to improve the performance of his/her brand initiatives. 5. Co-ordinating and contributing to develop functional systems, SLAs and processes and ensuring adherence to functional as well as internal SOPs. Education: - PG in Management (Full Time and with Marketing Specialisation) and Graduate in any discipline - Development and Brand Activation- Atleast 1 year sales experience desirable. Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) : - Brand Concepts Understanding, Consumer Research Tools Knowledge, working knowledge of Media Planning and Sales Operations and Brand Planning experience. Leadership / Managerial Attributes : - Methodical Result Orientation and ability to deliver thru stakeholders. Effective communication skills with clarity of thought. Ability to internalise strategic intent and implement the same flawlessly."
