Job Description

Essential Functions
• • Lead and support strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups
• • Function as a as a Six Sigma (Transformation) Consultant to coordinate and complete projects
• • Define performance and results and manage project teams
• • Investigate non-standard requests and problems and make presentations to senior leadership
• • Ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• • Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks
• • Prioritize work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned

• PE Asst Managers, Lead Asst Managers, Sr. Manager, AVP, VP
• Ops AM, Lead AMs, Managers, Sr. Manager, AVP, VP
• Migrations Managers, AVP

• • Lean six sigma black belt certification required • Knowhow of the prevalent tools and technologies • Well versed with Six sigma and Lean methodology • Moderate to advanced MS Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills

• Familiar with Insurance industry

• • Strong written communication skills • Very strong skills in collaboration/team player • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

• • Good Communication skills

Education Requirements

• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience • Black Belt Six Sigma Certification is mandatory.

Work Experience Requirements

• Work Experience Requirements
• • 2+ years of project management administration and/or project management experience to include tracking/reporting responsibilities for a large portfolio of projects
• • 2+ years’ experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
• • Prior Insurance experience
• • Lead couple of transformation initiatives
