Manager - B2B/International Sales - Industrial Products (2-5 yrs) B2B International Sales Manager - Industrial Products Generating new business opportunities, drive profitable growth plan, market strategy. Identify and report business opportunities in target markets, implement and maximize new business developments. Responsibilities/Duties - Identify and report business opportunities in target markets, implement and maximize new business developments. - Develop relationships with prospects, clients, and Account Executives (AE- s) while developing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with manufacturers, Partners, and distributors. - Drive knowledge of Co's Business practices, products, and services to facilitate successful sales efforts while driving the continuous improvement of all sales tools required by the team to be efficient and to better serve our customers and vendors partners. - Oversee key account development while maintaining and sustaining successful long-term relationships with the key decision makers of our customers - Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans, revenue, and margin targets along with staying in tune with market and competitor information. Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets: 1. BE/ MBA 2 Plus Years or Graduate Engineer with 5 Plus years of Institutional sales/ Corporate sales/ OEM sales/ Govt sales exposure. 2. Should be a star sales performer. 3. Should be an excellent communicator and presenter. 4. Should have had stable job tenures. 5. Selling skills 6. Interpersonal skills 7. Motivation for Sales 8. Should be good in customer relationship management 9. Engagement & Negotiation at Top levels
